Dr. Francesco Molinari (Project Manager): Born in 1964, he holds a MA in Public Management (Siena University, 2005) and a degree in Social and Economic Disciplines (Milan "L. Bocconi" University, 1990). Independent consultant for several public and private organisations, including ALTEC SA, for which account he now leads the LexiPation consortium.

Since 1995 he has been Economic & Financial Manager at a Development Agency with 800+ associated industrial SMEs.

Since 2002 a Manager at the local Chamber of Commerce, since 2003 head of the Massa.

City Mayor Administrative Staff. Since 2003 a contract Professor at Pisa University, he has been advisor of the Steering Committee of the e-Government module at the Political Science Faculty.

In his brief career Francesco has been involved in the coordination of (or participation in) several IST-related projects like e.g. NOPIK (IST-2001-33487), e.Bip (IST-1999-10710), FUCOLAMP (CRAF-1999-71944), WEARIT@WORK (IST-004216-2004), ECOLEAD (IST-506958-2004) and many other projects at national and regional level.

Since 2003 he has also been designer of the e-Government module at the Pisa Faculty of Political Science and more recently, the "animator" of Servizi per la Politica (www.serviziperlapolitica.it), a professional virtual community born in the year 2005 to provide services to policy makers.
